We DO NOT COLLECT any data from those who visit our website https://speeded.in/ only for information purpose without intending to enroll his / her child or ward in any of the courses / training program we offer
What personal data we collect from those who enroll for any course / training program
When visitors want to enroll his / her child or ward, we collect certain information through Google Form which will be used to collect the seat reservation fee, balance course fee, tracking such fee collection status, to issue the Certificate after the course is completed, etc.
For enrollment in any course / training program, we collect the compulsory information such as Name of the child, Age of the child, date of birth, name of the father or mother / guardian, communication address, WhatsApp number of the parent or guardian, email id of the parent or guardian, the scanned copy / image of any Central Government issued ID Card for verifying Child's Identity and age. (Examples - Aadhaar, Passport, etc.,), the mobile number that a parent or guardian used to make the payment transfer through Phonepe / UPI / by scanning the given QR code and the UTR number (unique transaction reference) for payment of the course seat booking Fee.
How to delete the submitted data
If anyone who has already registered through the Google Form wants to have all the submitted data deleted from our datasource, or when seeking the applicable refund, wants to also have all related data deleted; may write to jubatus.speeded@gmail.com with the subject line “Request to erase all account related data”. Such data will be deleted from our server and or storage infrastructure by not overriding the regulatory / compliance data requirements that we have, as we are a Private Limited Company (OPC).

Financial Transactions
when you make the fee payment for any course / training program, we do not collect or store any sensitive information such as your Debit Card / Credit Card Information or your actual Bank Account Details.
By simply transferring the prescribed advance seat booking payment fee or the course fee, you will have to use our given UPI id (7598877777@axl) or scan only the QR Code given on the Google Form during enrollment process. Beyond that we do not capture any other information, from you. When, after making any payment to us, using our given UPI id, and we do not see such transaction reflecting in our Default UPI App (Phonepe), then you need to take up the issue with your Bank Account. We will do all reasonable attempts, within our reach, to reconcile such bank transactions only if you show any valid proof of transferring such disputed payment into our designated bank account linked through the given UPI id (7598877777@axl) or by scanning only the above mentioned QR Code.
Caching
This website utilizes caching in order to facilitate a faster response time and better user experience. Caching potentially stores a duplicate copy of every web page that is on display on this website. All cache files are temporary and are never accessed by any third party, except as necessary to obtain technical support from the cache plugin vendor. Cache files expire on a schedule set by the website administrator, but may easily be purged by the admin before their natural expiration, if necessary by you.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to track traffic, we don’t hold any data at our servers about how you use our website and or interact with other websites when you would be clicking on any of the third-party media such as Image, Audio, and or video file. For visitors that enroll his / her child or the ward, for any of the courses, we only collect the personal information they provide during registration process using the Google Form.
What rights you have over your data
The visitors who have registered, and whose child / ward has already received the course completion certificate by fulfilling all course completion requirement, can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes. We DO NOT sell your data to anybody else.

We understand the importance of your privacy as a visitor to this website. We want you to understand how the information you may provide will be used. To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. We use the personal information you give us:
- To carry out our obligations arising from your registration and any other agreement entered into between you and us
- To identify you and or your child / ward, and communicate with you regarding the commencement of your child / ward’s enrolled course, schedule, and other relevant information such as exam, issuance of course completion certification subject to conditions
- To update and communicate with you regarding your child / ward’s class rescheduling or class cancellation
- To provide you with the information and services you request from us
- To conduct our regulatory activities and to conduct research and analysis
- To respond through email / WhatsApp; to your and or your child / wards questions and provide related services
- To improve the website of SpeedEd^®, and other Websites of JUBATUS® SpeedEd^® is a part of JUBATUS® Company
- To enhance your experience with the SpeedEd^® outreach
- To communicate with you about new or existing SpeedEd^® activities and other information that SpeedEd^® believes is relevant and useful to its visitors, where you have not opted out of receiving such information
